Shipping & Returns Gift Certificates are mailed using standard deliver through the United States Postal Service. There is a flat $3 shipping and handling fee for Gift Certificate orders placed on the phone or online. Oliver’s Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates are not refundable. All Sales are final.
